How to Order - Boshemia Ordering Guide

To make your shopping experience more pleasant and give you answers to the most frequently asked ordering questions we have created the Boshemia Ordering Guide. If this guide does not answer your questions or concerns feel free to email us at customerservice@boshemia.com for more information.

1. Cart

Select the items you wish to purchase by adding them to your shopping cart. If you cannot find a particular item you saw in a post or advertisment use the search box to do a custom search for your item or brand, if you cannot locate your item after a search, please email us for assistance.

2. Shipping

Boshemia is currently using aand average fee by weight, we calculate by averaging the Fed Ex and UPS rates for a range of weights. You are charged one flat fee based on the weight of your order. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately we cannot provide International rates with the cost of your order. If you would like to place and order to shipped outside of the United States,you can fill your shopping cart and request an invoice. We will send an invoice with the total charges for your order and you can pay the invoice or reject it. 3. Health, Beauty, Skin Care, ect and Jewelry

The health and beauty items come from our main warehouse in Washington but we have a few others nationwide. Most orders come in one shipment, if an item is unavailable at our main warehouse but available at another we will ship that item from where it available. Our jewelry ships locally from Austin, Texas. To send your items as quickly as we can they ship seperately. Unless there is a back order or we are waiting a day or two for an item you ordered to arrive at the warehouse your health and beauty items almost always come together in the same box at the same time and your jewerly will arive together in another.

4. Confirmation

You card will be charged when you place your order and you will recieve a confirmation of order. If an item you ordered is unavailable or out of stock we will contact you with an exchange or replacment offer. If you do not accept the offer we will refund the item we could not fulfill and send you a new confirmation email that does not contain that item.

5. Order Processing

Your order will take 3-5 days to be picked, packed and sent out for delivery. You will receive a second email with confirmation your order has shipped and tracking information will be provided. Occassionally the tracking may show no information or no movement on a package until later in the day or the next. If you have concerns about your order do not hesitate to let us know.

6. Refund and Return Merchandise Authorization

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered please contact us as soon as possible (within 15 days of delivery) for a Return Merchandise Authorization to apply to your package and send back to us. We cannot refund any items after 15 days except for in extenuating circumstances. Please email us with your order number and reason for return to begin the return/refund process.

7. Gifts or Single Shipping Orders

If you would prefer to have all your items arrive together please allow 7-10 extra days for us to ship the items, repackage in one box and ship to you. There is an extra $5.00 gift processing charge for this service.

8. Money Orders 

We also accept Money Orders. Please email us prior to placing your order and we will create an invoice for your order.

10. Guarantee

We guarantee to strive to always provide excellent customer service and care. We guarantee if your order is incorrect due to our mistake we will promptly issue a replacement, exchange or refund. We guarantee to do our best to give you a pleseant shopping experience, if this does not occur, we guarantee to do our best to make it right or issue a refund.
